To begin Maria’s birthday week, we held a small family party. But before everyone came over, we decided to give Maria a few of her presents…a little early. Yes, a basketball hoop and a slide! Maria had so much fun with the hoop that cousin Alex had, we thought she’d enjoy having her own. And [...] So it’s been awhile since I last posted a video. It’s not that we haven’t been taking videos…it’s just that we haven’t been downloading the movies from our camera, editing them or uploading them. It takes a little bit of work…but it’s pretty ridiculous how behind we are. So here come the videos…in chronological order…enjoy. Maria Vacuuming
Maria [...] Other then our crazy shopping run for Maria’s birthday…which was probably the best time I’ve EVER had shopping in my life…not too much to report. Had a couple pictures to share…thought they were cute. The first of Maria looking very old & mature in her Rave Green, celebrating the Sounder’s victory today. The second…well…she had some [...] Today we learned the joys of pudding… Needless to say, Maria [...] Happy Easter to everyone! After a wonderful family vacation, it was great to have a day to relax and hang out with family before going to work. To celebrate Easter, we went to church with my dad and sister…and then after nap, we went to my parents house for Easter dinner. Due to the questionable weather, [...] We’re back home, preparing for the work week. While none of us are looking forward to our respective schools or places of work tomorrow, it’s nice to be home. ESPECIALLY considering San Diego had the pleasure of enjoying a 7.2 magnitude earthquake 180 miles(ish) Southeast of town. Crazy! Somewhat of a hectic departure from San Diego…we got [...] [...] Having a great time on our California Adventure. The first leg; Los Angeles, is behind us. We had a great time staying with the Kolchins family who were our gracious hosts. It was wonderful getting the opportunity to catch up with them and to let our kiddos play together. Cannot wait for this summer for them [...] Sarah was FINALLY able to schedule some time with Shannon…which means that Daddy and Maria got to have an afternoon together. It was a great time. We went to the park and played on the swing and slide…then we went to the Edmonds waterfront and watched the ferry and other boats (Maria LOVES boats)…we even got [...] Last night, the weather was gorgeous. Broke out the camera…took a few pictures. Hoping to do some more today. Maria can now navigate the patio in "Beep-Beep" all by her self! And today, it’s supposed to get to…SIXTY EIGHT!!! Whaaa? Happy sunny day [...] |
