The project that will never end…our back yard…has seen some significant progress over the last week. A project that began on June 14, 2009…has finally, more or less, come to completion. Yes…it’s taken us six months…embarrassing, I know. Below are the “before” pictures… Then we rented a “Barreto” Tiller to tear up the dirt and grass. This thing [...] What a wonderful Christmas season. But after celebrating Christmas v1.0 (Idaho), v2.0(Sarah, Maria and I) and v3.0 (the dos Remedios family)…I’m exhausted. I don’t recall ever being so overwhelmed by Christmas…one of the worst problems that come with getting older I guess. How sad. On Christmas day, we spent most of the day prepping [...] To “celebrate” Labor Day…we began the process of building our beds for the backyard. I built the bed, while Sarah chased Maria and Lucy to keep them out of the way and safe.
